How i can send voice mails to others?

Well, first you must have a mic, if you have, that's good now in windows xp go to this location...

Start---All programs---Accessories---Entertainment---Sound Recorder(Click it) and record with record button on your right side. After recording save the file with any name but in .wav formate and attach this file with your mail attachment and send it.
