Whats necessary for my windows to keep it alive?

There are many softwares to speed up your computer but i will write about maintenance which is the correct way to boost your PC. Whats necessary for my windows to keep it alive? this is the question i want to give you answer.
When ever you install Windows in your PC or laptop install these softwares first.
1) Antivirus
2) Spyware removal software
3) Registry cleaner
4) Windows Care system
I wrote four softwares but didn't tell you which one is best for you and whats my experience.
Here is my recommendations and experience.

1) Antivirus
We have good antiviruses softwares but some of them have there own specialities. Like now Kaspersky antivirus is number one in these days because of Fast scanning and better then others and use low system memory and processing. AVG antivirus is also light and do not grab viruses until they move and use low system memory and processing until you update it. Norton Antivirus is good for higher systems and professional work and its older then others. But to me Eset Smart security it really smarter, very well for Home PC and also good for gamers they will not fell any difference in smoothness of game.

2) Spyware removal software
Almost every antivirus have there own spyware software built-in with antivirus but if you talk about experts no doubt about there is one PC Tools Spyware Doctor which will give you satisfaction.

3)Registry Cleaner
There is one way to disturb your system and many viruses and spywares tray to go through your registry. Registry Mechanic of PC Tools is best in this.

4) Windows Care System
You can use softwares to manage your windows daily for this Xp tools and Advance SystemCare is best. They will clean your registry, remove some spywares, clean your system temporary files and clear cookies, Smart Disk defragment.
